I am Charles Friedrich, a Nutrition coach and personal trainer. I started my own fitness journey in 2020 during the Covid pandemic. For years before that, my health had been slipping, and I was slowly gaining weight, feeling gradually worse over time. So I took it upon myself to improve myself for the better. After realizing how much better I felt both mentally and physically, I felt inspired to help others do the same.
